Posted by: kia on

I have huge problem to find bobin footprint. Please provide me the dimensions soon as possible.Faster u deliver the data faster we all will make a good job.I am working for a client who want to start a mass production for one product where i want to use TINY switch.I hope so that u will be interested to make a job.

Sir,

The datasheet (and footprint information) for the EE22 bobbin as mentioned in RDR-295 (page16 section7.2 item2) is attached for your reference.

I am on finalisation phase of the design. This datasheet is fine....I asked for E19 bobin.U have two types in this file....Type 2 and 3.When i start making a footprint for type 3 i found a problem......From picture of the pins for type 3 relation between P1 and P2 is 1:3 .... in file that u atached thats not the case. Can u please explain to me how to make proper footprint. My client is from US and he will buy transformers from u.Thing is that i dont want to have any problems related to design. This is urgent and please send me replay fast as u can.If u have drawing of the footprint for this bobine please send it to me.Its BE19-116CP bobine.

Hi

You are probably looking for the attached file.

However as I'm also working in another design and we do want to use EE19 core from TDK (with PC40 material) can you please tell us where you have (or will) obtain those cores, as we find them to be difficult part at least at European market! We need at least some of them for prototyping testing and will see later for the full production needs. Any help will be more than welcomed.

Hi,

I used EE19 core from old PC supply ..... It works perfect.I have 3A on output and everything is ok.I need from Power Integrations to make those transformers as i say and to sell them to me :) .My client is from USA and if he ask to buy them u will need to sell them there. Please confirm to me that u can supply him with them and please provide me datasheet for transformer that u can supply and which is closest with size to this one that i mention.I need this urgent.
