LNK306 (LNK305) in galvanically isolated LED driver

Hi! Would you help me with circuit of depictured item? "LNK306" or "LNK305" may be red easily, inspite of resolution's lack. Transformer is obvious too - so the driver is galvanically separated. What do you think of it?

hi,
I am not sure if the IC is LNK305 or LNK306 due to lack of image resolution. However, the driver is not isolated since the IC is intended for non-isolated application. There is even no safety isolation on the transformer that might suggest isolated driver.
Sorry it was my fault - not "LNK406" but "LNK305" or "LNK306".
