Trouble with TOP259YN

Hello,
I have some trouble with TOP259YN.
Few IC have the G pin and the S pin with high Z when I connect an ohm meter.
Should It have a low Z betwin this two pin?

So, If I measure a hight impedance, the chip should be damaged?

you will see a short from signal ground to source
If you are not measuring a short, it means your part in damaged
You should measure low impedance because the pins are internally connected. The reason to have them separated outside the chip is to have a zero reference inside the chip. In other wors, to avoide the voltage drop of the SOURCE leg due to its ohmic resistance
