Anyone know the reason why those frequencies were chosen?

I understand that 132kHz is just below the 150khz conducted limit but why 66kHz. 

Would maybe 75kHz be a better tradeoff between efficiency and size?

Or perhaps 45khz so both the fundamental and 3rd harmonic are below 150kHz?

Just curious.
